So....you ask what the boys were doing since mom and dad were down and they were feeling better? I will let the pictures tell you. Taking pictures of their sick parents and apparently not picking up their room! Those two little boys are stink weeds!

Merry Christmas!
Just because Mom and Dad were down, Santa still came to town. Thank Goodness for the fat man. The boys had a great Christmas. Tucker got all of his Star Wars figures he wanted and Trenton got the Ultimate Dragonoid. We missed Grandma and Grandpa, but were glad they missed the elf that gave the funk to us! We are looking forward to Christmas 2010....just in case you wanted to know 360 days to go. We will never again wish for a Christmas just the 4 of us....be careful what you wish for. God works in mysterious ways. He always shows us what we are to be thankful for. This lesson was to love your family and cherish them while you have them. We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
Merry Christmas Eve!

Cookies.....done
Well..... all the cookies are done. Mark them off the to do list. After 6 hours, 2 bags of sugar and 4 large jars of peanut butter, we have marked the list done. Rich and I had a great time. This is the day that we laugh and joke and have a wonderful time. Tucker got into helping this year. He helped with cookies, but then he decided that playing Spiderman would be more fun. Santa, we are ready when you are!

Bake day aka dimple on the butt day!
Hey Santa Claus!
The boys got to go see Santa last night. This is not the best picture, but "for the safety of their elves, please refrain from taking photos". In other words, no freebies you got to buy picture from us! The boys had a good time, looking at themselves in the "fat" mirror. They had a good time and got to tell Santa EVERYTHING they wanted!

Random Pictures from our house to yours...
Four Calling Birds....
What is exactly a calling bird? Is this like a mockingbird? Another day closer to our Saviors birth. Christmas is such a magical time. The devils around you want to bring your holiday cheer down, but with the anticipation of Jesus coming it is hard to get down. Dear Lord, help me stay on the wings and glide through this holiday season with a smile on my face!!!

Edible Cell.....
Apparently, Trenton's science teacher was never told there were starving people in China. He had to do an edible cell project for his grade this six weeks. A cabbage, fruit roll up, peach jelly, broccoli, tomatillo and cookie sparkles made it work. I hope it smells up her class, maybe she will think twice about not having them draw it on a poster board.

Enter Donkey stage left...
So.... today was the big production of 'They saw him first". The Advent Christmas children's program. Tuckman aka Donkey, did a great job! Saturday they went to Broadmore Nursing Home and performed for the residents there. Tucker was Donkey, Caden was a baaaad sheep and Amerly was the baaad sheep leader. They did a great job! So Sweet!
